I have spent more than two decades working inside organizations, as an educator, operator, HR leader and organizational designer, learning what makes people and systems truly thrive.

For the past four years I have worked as an embedded partner inside rural family businesses, helping them modernize their operations, strengthen their cultures and build the foundations needed to grow into the next generation.
